At Bar Tools Express, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. We work with carefully selected fulfilment partners to ensure your bartending equipment reaches you as soon as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is:

  • 2–3 working days for most UK orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Our Warehouses

To provide the best possible availability and delivery service, Bar Tools Express operates with two fulfilment warehouses:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe

Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse where the product is currently in stock.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability. In these cases:

  • Your order may arrive in separate deliveries.
  • You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments.
  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

This allows us to minimise delays and ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Industrial action
  • High seasonal demand
  • Supply chain disruptions

Bar Tools Express cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Bar Tools Express is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking details within two working days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Missing or Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • Taking photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Inspecting the contents immediately.
  • Contacting us within 48 hours of delivery if any items have been damaged during transit.

Please include your order number and photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.
